This is semi unrelated to clay question. I done a tech stack search in my clay table looking for CRM's used by the company. alot of the companies have multiple CRM's. i have two questions that would love to be answered.
Is their a way to find out with more certainty which CRM company is using now
IF their is no way to filter most recent, how would i approach this in the email copy. My thoughts are to mention all but could be very wrong.
When dealing with multiple CRM entries for a company, here's what you should know: 1. Data accuracy challenges are common with CRM data, as multiple teams and sources often contribute information in different ways. 2. The best approach for email copy when you're uncertain about which CRM is currently in use is to: β’ Focus on the prospect's specific activities or interactions (like form fills, demo requests, or meetings) rather than mentioning specific CRM systems β’ Include a brief overview of your offering β’ Reference recent news or specific problems the prospect may be facing This approach helps avoid potential confusion or incorrect assumptions while keeping the communication relevant and focused on value proposition rather than technical details.
This is cold outreach so we wont have any specific activies or interactions. Except for external signals that we can assume
For cold outreach where you've identified multiple CRMs, here's the recommended approach: 1. Use HG Insights data to get more accurate and up-to-date corporate technology information, which can help identify current CRM usage. 2. Instead of focusing on specific CRMs in your email copy, consider: β’ Using AI to determine and highlight the company's role in their industry β’ Crafting your message around their business context and industry position β’ Including relevant external signals that demonstrate you understand their business This approach helps avoid potential inaccuracies while keeping the conversation focused on the prospect's business rather than their technical stack.
