Exploring AI Solutions to Enhance Product Tours and User Guidance

Hi all, I am currently looking into tools for building products tours to guide users across the different app features. One challenge we see with Intercom's product tour feature is that every update of our web app, could lead to product tours breaking. I also looked into many of the other providers (introjs.com, appcues.com, tango.ai etc) and it seems like they have the same problem. Do you have any hints how AI might avoid those product tours breaking?

    Hi Alexander, thanks for reaching out! Since this is not a Clay/GTM related AI question, this is probably not the best place to find suggestions and I wouldn't want to misinform you. I recommend reaching out to Intercom's support directly or other product forums - I'm sure they will be more helpful!
