Successful Strategies for Scraping APIs and SDKs from Target Accounts

Has anyone been highly successful scraping websites for specific APIs or SDKs? I want to scrape my entire target account list for a specific API. We currently use several providers such as BuiltWith, but would be interested in adding our own solution thru clay for additional coverage. Thanks!
