Automating Personalized Emails from CSV Data: Seeking Workflow Tips

Hi Team! I am in sales here. Hoping for a easy workflow where I can upload a CSV from Apollo.io, and have a bunch of columns that scrape data that lends itself to deeply personalized emails. The end column will craft the e-mail itself using the data from the other columns. Has anyone done this, or something better?

Hey Scott Greenwald. Yes, I have. I don't suggest writing the whole email with AI but rather writing snippets of it you can introduce in your emails. You can also spintax them to enhance deliverability. You can write it all with AI, but the capabilities aren't that good yet, and it's be more expensive than using it for snippets.

Hey Scott! 😊 You can definitely set up a workflow like that! Here’s how to get started: 1. Create a New Table: Upload your CSV from Apollo.io into a new table. 2. Map the Data: After uploading, map the enrichment fields to the appropriate columns in the table. This will allow the data to be used for crafting personalized emails. 3. Duplicate & Automate: Once mapped, you can duplicate the table and use Actions > Import to map new data into the correct columns. From there, you can trigger enrichment processes if you have auto-updates enabled. Here’s a quick guide on how to set up auto updates: Loom Video. Awesome, thanks Bo (Clay). Scott Greenwald, here's a table I used for a recruitment client for which we got +4% reply rates and +15% pos. reply rates.
