Is there a way to save my job title search? I'm trying to find people the IT industry, but I have to enter 30 different job titles and exclude another 20 to get accurate data. Does anyone know if I can save this search and reuse it for future filters?
Our Find People feature has been improved to make job title searches more efficient. You don't need to manually enter all 30 different job titles, as the system now includes: 1. Auto-query for similar job titles - when you type a job title like "software engineer", it automatically includes variations like "SWE" and "software developer" 2. An "Exact Keyword Match" toggle option if you need to search for specific titles 3. Job function search - you can search by department (like "engineering") to find people in specific areas To use this feature: 1. Go to Find People Search 2. Define your search parameters including job titles and other criteria 3. Set your desired filters 4. Click "Preview People" to check results These improvements should significantly reduce the time needed to set up your IT industry searches while maintaining accurate results.

While there isn't currently a direct way to save job title searches, our Find People feature has been improved to make job title searches more efficient. Instead of manually entering multiple titles, you can: 1. Use the auto-query feature that automatically includes similar job titles (e.g., "software engineer" will include "SWE" and "software developer") 2. Search by job function/department (like "engineering") to find people in specific areas 3. Use the "Exact Keyword Match" toggle when you need specific titles For your IT industry search, a helpful workaround is to keep your list of job titles in a separate document and copy-paste them when needed. When searching, remember to start broad and then use filters to narrow down your results for more relevant matches.
