Automating Email Validation and Campaign Management with Clay and Instantly

My second question today: We currently use Instantly to send emails. We have a project coming up, and we have a list of around 500,000. We’re not sending them all straight away- we want to send about 500-1000 a day. Notes:

1.
We’re very careful about bounces, and whilst we can check emails today using Zero Bounce… we know that in 300 days time, some emails might not be valid any more
2.
We use Instantly.ai

Question:

Is there a way to create a table in Clay, check the emails of, say 1000 people, if valid, send them directly into one of 5 campaigns running in Instantly
Can this happen automatically? Ie like a daily CRON job
If not, is it easy to come into the table, see the emails that are yet to be validated, quickly select 500, validate them, the ones that validate, send them into an instantly campaign?
