How to Limit Employee Outreach by Company in a Table

Hey! Has anyone figured out if you have a large list and you want to make sure you only reach out to a certain nr of employees per company - how to do that in a tble? I know you have a function to chose the nr of people to import but what if its from another source that you have imported .
