Automating Lead Enrichment and Follow-Up with Zapier: Seeking Use Cases

This might be insane, and theres probably an easier way to do this could we pull them from dripify to clay, encrich the lead with email, phone number, company, tech stack, then pull them back into close (our CRM) and automatically enroll people who don't have interest into a workflow that follows up with them every 3 months to just check up on how they are doing. This would be done via Zapier. Does anybody have a similar use case?

    Yes, you can definitely set this up! Dripify has webhook capabilities, so you can use that to send the data from Dripify to Clay. From there, you can add all your enrichments like email, phone number, company details, and tech stack. Here's how in Clay After the enrichment, you can create or update the company and person records directly in Close using theClose enrichment available in Clay’s enrichment panel (just click the “add enrichment” button at the top right). You wouldn’t need Zapier for this part, as the process can be managed directly within Clay. However, if you want to automate follow-ups every 3 months for people who aren’t interested, you would need to use Close automations to trigger those follow-up actions.
