Step-by-Step Guide to Integrate Clay with Salesforce for Auto Enrichment

Help needed: I'm very new to Clay. The previous directions I got to set up auto enrichment of contacts and accounts in Salesforce was too high vague for my level of Clay knowledge. Does anyone have step by step directions on how to integrate and get Clay to enrich accounts in Salesforce? I set up a table that pulls accounts from my sandbox, though I can't seem to filter out the "Last Enrichment Date" field they suggested. Also how do I use Clay to populate that field in Salesforce, let alone update Accounts directly in Salesforce without doing an export and data load?
