Strategies for Sourcing Personal Emails for High-Volume Recruiting
Hey guysπ (Clay + Recruiting question) I was wondering how I could get this done and some of the users like Deep S. are building powerful clay stuff. The idea here is to help a client in π― active talent sourcing.
I reach out to a big number of matching candidates for multiple positions at the same time and the goal is to have them apply.
Now, the challenge is, that I need to reach out to 5000+ possible candidates a month for a variety of positions.
So, with LinkedIn I can only contact a friction of the identified candidates and I need to be connected with them, so that means I need to use email automation to get the job done.
Now, business emails i can find in masses, but personal emails (which is the preferred ones for recruiting emails) are super hard to get.
The only solution I see atm is to use work emails and find creative ways on how this can be done in a respectful way so it's ok. (like not to disclose too many informations in the 1st email, etc.) Has anybody been able to solve this already or has some ideas or a new perspective how I could get ahead of things? π
