Optimizing Email Outreach for ABM: Best Practices and Strategies
Hi all, I know that the best practice for email outreach is to use multi-account sequencers like Smartlead & Instantly rather than to have SDRs trigger emails from Hubspot & co. However, I wonder how we could set up the most practical process to run an efficient ABM process with a sales team of ca. 20 people. We would centrally collect cold leads from a range of different companies and upload them to Hubspot. Reps are then responsible for engaging with those by phone, LinkedIn and email. As we have a lot of different ICPs (contact persons & industries), I believe it would make sense to personalise by hand. Do you think it would make sense to send from the reps' main company accounts or use Hubspot's Marketing mail feature with cold outreach accounts? I guess triggering personalised email sequences in Instantly and being able to effectively control (stop) them in Hubspot, is probably too tedious? I would also love to hear how you approached the challenge / any other ideas! Thanks ๐
