CRM Integrations and Contact Management with HubSpot's Explorer Plan

Hey everyone, Is it required to have a CRM integrations with Hubspot in order to pull in and export contact in Hubspot list ? Is it possible to use the Explorer Plan and call HTTP Request or even internal integrations in order to that ? Just want to be sure I can still Import or Export contact into a list with the Explorer plan?
