Hey everyone, just wanted to share a workflow we’ve been running for our inbound leads.
We’re now using Clay webhooks to catch leads and handle the enrichment. Once we have the data, we segment them into Enterprise, Mid-Market, or SMB directly in Clay.
The big change for us was moving the final handoff from Salesforce Distribution Schedules over to Sweep.
Now, instead of leads getting stuck in Salesforce, we push those Clay segments into a visual routing flow in Sweep. It ensures the lead hits the right rep instantly based on the market size we identified.
It’s been much easier to manage than native Salesforce rules, and we can actually see the path the lead took. If you're using Clay for inbound, I definitely recommend checking out Sweep to handle the routing side.
