is it possible use Clay to find the respective booking.com host ID/ Host URL for an Airbnb Host?
or vice versa
Based on the information available, Clay doesn't have a specific feature to directly find the host ID or host URL for an Airbnb host. However, we do have some tools that might help you gather this information indirectly: 1. Find Sitemap URLs: This tool can help you discover subpages on a website, which might include host profiles if applied to Airbnb's domain. 2. Extract URLs and Emails from Text: If you have a body of text containing Airbnb host information, this tool could help extract relevant URLs. 3. Find Mobile Number & Social URLs: While not specific to Airbnb, this tool can find social URLs associated with a given social URL or email address. To better assist you, could you provide more context about what you're trying to achieve with the Airbnb host information?
While we don't have a specific feature to directly find Airbnb host IDs or URLs, we do offer tools that might help you gather this information indirectly: 1. Find People: You can use our Find People search interface to look for individuals based on criteria like job titles or locations. 2. Find Mobile Number & Social URLs: This tool can help you find social URLs associated with a given social URL or email address, which might be useful if you have some initial information about the Airbnb host. To use these features effectively, could you provide more context about your specific needs regarding Airbnb host information?
but would it be possible to find additional information only based on an airbnb host ID (no email, phone, website whatsoever)
Based on the available information, Clay doesn't have a specific feature to directly find additional information about an Airbnb host using only their host ID. However, we do offer some tools that might help you gather related information indirectly: 1. Enterprise-only People & Company API: This API allows basic lookups for person and company data, but it requires an email or LinkedIn URL for individuals. 2. Enrich Person with People Data Labs: This tool can provide detailed information about individuals, but it requires at least one identifier like an email, social media profile URL, or name and company. 3. Enrich Person with Swordfish: Similar to the People Data Labs integration, this tool can enrich person data but needs some initial information to start the search. To better assist you, could you provide more context about what specific information you're trying to find about the Airbnb host?
Hi Julia, At first glance, I'm not sure if this is possible with Clay. If you had any more information on the host (email, Linkedin, full name) you could probably get somewhere helpful. We could probably use a Claygent to scrape this information if it exists on the Airbnb pages. From there, we'd input it into the desired enrichments. Could you share a little more context on what you're trying to build with Clay? Happy to help troubleshoot a workaround here! Gabe
Hi Gabriel! Oftentimes if the host is listed as a company on Airbnb, they have the company information accessible in their listing. Would the claygent be able to retrieve that information when only providing it with the airbnb host ID or link to the host page? then it would need to check the host's listings and find the company information there
I think your best bet would be to start building a table and experimenting with the AI features!
Here are some Use AI pointers to get you started. Try the Use AI feature in a table with a few of your AirBnB links and experiment with different "Use AI" Claygent prompts and AI models. If your newer to AI prompting, here's a link to our Clay University prompting tutorial. Apify is another tool that could help. It has custom webscrapers for different websites, like an AirBnB scraper.
