I'm unable to sign in and keep getting this error
If you're having trouble signing in, there could be a couple of reasons:1. Your account may have been locked due to our security measures to prevent spam usage of free trial credits. 2. If you're using password login and can't access your account, you can: โข Log out of Clay completely โข Click on "forgot password" on the login screen โข Follow the password reset steps in the email you'll receiveNote: If you don't receive a password reset email, you may have originally signed up using a different login method.
