Hi, guys, I am running into an issue on which I have a column setup with Claygent to extract a certain criteria, however, I'm seeing mixed results some in JSON format and some others in field format, I already included in the prompt to not return it in JSON format, any ideas why?
This is likely related to our Neon model feature in Claygent, which is designed to provide more structured data extraction by splitting components across multiple columns. To ensure consistent formatting in your results, try these best practices:1. Set clear context in your system prompt 2. Provide explicit step-by-step instructions 3. Specify your desired output format clearly, including details about structure and styleIf you need the data in a specific format, make sure to include this requirement prominently in your prompt instructions, being as explicit as possible about how you want the answer formatted and returned. If you need further assistance or have more questions, please don't hesitate to ask. You can also request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" if you need more in-depth support. Hey there Juan thanks for reaching out, do you mind sending the link to the table so we can take a look? This is most likely due to the AI getting confused at times. Adding to the prompt to not return in JSOn should help https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1171717996/ac7729f84b426e1d0358af02/image.png?expires=1732324500&signature=844a416031f15bb58c5698c09fca60827ad4b03786ee45c183e38f7162381328&req=dSEgF85%2FmohWX%2FMW1HO4zYTywSn%2FBJMT2BKsam%2FhVPu4og%3D%3D%0A
Hey Juan! Let me help you get those outputs consistent. Instead of relying just on the prompt, you'll need to specifically set up your output format in the ClayGent settings. Here's how to fix those mixed results: 1. Go to your ClayGent column settings 2. Select your desired outputs explicitly 3. Choose the type (select 'SELECT') 4. List all your possible variants GIF Attached Remember - being explicit with the output settings will always give you more consistent results than just using prompts alone! https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1263150068/46630decb3aafee54835dc8e7a16/CleanShot+2024-11-23+at+_51WwqD4fUI.gif?expires=1732371300&signature=5b8499551d4a9117e9fd6cf035e1ae584d64a8a0fc2559062654ba49e6a63d8e&req=dSIhFch7nYFZUfMW1HO4zdp69ZhiJ2IGtv4syTLg3p3PcUQxpr0CwzF%2BO2kj%0AC6XI%0A
