Here are some instructions on how to do it: Mac: Chrome and/or Firefox = Press Cmd + Shift + R Safari = Press Cmd + Option + RPC:Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge = Press Ctrl + F5 Let me know if this resolves your issue!
