Hello - I'm trying to create a clean or normalize job title - i've heard that Clay has a free enrichment to clean up their job title, OR you can use AI within clay to summarize their job title into 2 words. can someone share the best/ free way to do this?

We offer two main approaches to clean and normalize job titles: 1. Use our built-in "Tools" function: • Go to the enrichment panel and find the "Tools" section • Select "Normalize Job Titles" • Choose your input column and run the action 2. Use AI for more customized formatting: • Click "+ Add column" and select "Use AI" • Choose "Content creation, manipulation, and categorization" • In the prompt, specify your formatting rules (e.g., "Summarize this job title in two words") Both options are credit-free, allowing you to clean your data without additional charges. For best results, start with the built-in function, then use AI for more complex cases.

hello - two issues with this: Use our built-in "Tools" function: problem - I don't see "Normalize job titles" as an option (screenshot)
1.
• Go to the enrichment panel and find the "Tools" section
2.
• Select "Normalize Job Titles"
3.
• Choose your input column and run the action
Use AI for more customized formatting: problem - this is costing me 1 credit per row, not free
