Hi clay team, I'm trying to use the enrichment action "Find Employee Headcount by Country", but it keeps saying that both the Linkedin URL and domain do not resemble an identifier. The query works but gives me 0 result. I've used the same action yesterday in another table and worked just fine, what am I doing wrong?
The warning means your domain column has invalid or null entries. Click into the specific cells showing the error to see more details about what's wrong.
Check your domain column for:
Blank/empty cells
Invalid domain formats
Null values
Add valid domains or profile URLs to the missing entries, then rerun the enrichment. The action should work once you have proper company identifiers in place. [2]

Domain is valid, and the "Find Employee Headcount by Country" cell does not give a error, it just says that 0 result were found.
"No Profile Found" means our data provider doesn't have company and people data for those specific domains in their database. [1]
This can happen because company and people data is refreshed on a rolling basis with a full update cycle taking 2-3 weeks, so some companies may not be included yet.
Try using the Company profile URL instead of just the domain for higher accuracy - that often returns better results. You can also click into the specific "No Profile Found" cells to see if there are additional error details.

The issue is that you have school URLs mixed in with company URLs. The "Find Employee Headcount by Country" action only works with company identifiers, not educational institutions. [1]
Looking at your screenshot, I can see URLs like "linkedin.com/school/..." which won't work for this action. You need to filter out the school URLs and only use company profile URLs that contain "/company/" in the path.
Click into the specific cells showing the warning to see more details about which entries are causing issues. Remove or replace the school URLs with valid company identifiers to resolve this.
