Hey Clay team, I'm running my table but the data is appearing. I then go ahead to refresh my tab from the browser and everything I ran before dissapears like I didn't run them and I find out that I'm being charged credits every time I rerun the table and refresh my tab. This just started fairly new. Is there anyway to get around this? Cause I lost over a thousand credits to this unnecessary reruns
Here are several ways to prevent unnecessary credit usage when working with tables: 1. Turn off auto-updates before working on your table: • Click the three dots next to your table name • Select "Auto-Update Columns" to disable it 2. For individual columns, you can disable auto-updates by: • Clicking the column header • Going to column settings • Scrolling to the bottom of the menu • Toggling off 'Auto-Update' in 'run settings' 3. Best practices to save credits: • Test enrichments on a small sample (about 10 rows) before running the entire table • Only turn auto-update back on when your setup is completely finalized and ready for automation For more details about which actions cost credits, you can check our Credits Calculator.

Hello Osita, thanks for getting in touch. What table(s) are you work with? Just need the link to look into it further.
Thank you. I see only 269 credits used by that table (or any table) today. Most of the usage was for the Enrich Company action. It looks like those rows might be hidden right now, because of the filter for missing Company Names.
Would you be able to share a few specific companies where the data is disappearing / has disappeared? I'd really like to figure out that part.
For sure! Cron AI is one company
Thanks, I see there are two rows/two people for Cron AI. The first row already completed. The latter was stopped at some point while running. I'm not sure what would have caused this. I've added 300 credits to cover the re-enrichment you mentioned earlier.
