Request to reactivate credits please.
Hi Clay Team, We love your software! As a small startup with only a couple of clients, we had to cancel our rate plan, but we’d love to continue exploring Clay as we grow. Would it be possible to reactivate the credits we purchased before cancelling, just so that we keep learning and are able to use the features fully as our team grows? Thank you so much!

Hi Daniela, there was a bit more then 3000 credits from the top of my head.
Thanks for the reply! Really appreciate your feedback about the product. We can add those credits back to your workspace this time. However, this can only run for the duration of your current billing cycle in line with the rollover system. When the cycle resets (on October 11), the credits will be capped at 2x the limit of the free plan (200 credits). Let me know if this helps.
