We're looking to upgrade our account but we're being told that the upgrade won't be prorated. I'd like to speak with someone that can help me out here.
Yes, that’s expected. We don’t prorate upgrades because credits themselves aren’t prorated. When you move to a higher tier, you get the full credit allocation for that plan right away, not just the difference between plans.
That’s why the upgrade shows as a full charge instead of a prorated amount.
