I sometimes see the row not fully run. See this latest example. The Industry Assignment under Enrichment tab just never fully runs even though it's a match. Help please
The issue you're experiencing with the Industry Assignment not running might be related to how the formula is set up. It's possible that the formula is assuming there will be a response for every row, which isn't always the case. This can lead to errors that prevent the column from returning the desired output. To resolve this, you can modify your formula to include additional logic. For example, you could add a condition like "if {{response}} exists..." This way, the formula will only try to act on the response data if it's present. Another approach is to use conditional runs. This feature allows you to create custom conditions for when certain operations should run. You can set up a conditional run to ensure the Industry Assignment only runs when specific criteria are met. If you need further assistance with setting up the correct formula or conditional run, please let me know, and I'd be happy to provide more specific guidance.
There is a response for every row. It still freezes though
Hey Justin, thanks for reaching out. I made a loom for you: https://www.loom.com/share/957504fb07644bb39c73479390b734f7 Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
So similar to my Check Final User column, it's best to translate a text formula into a boolean for better processing?
Well, the issue actually deals with a single row where the lookup rows function never runs. I resolved it without making any changes last time, I just clicked Go and there were no issues. Ill show you again if it happens
Hey Justin, Glad to hear you managed to get this fixed. Let us know how it goes. Thank you.
It basically just stops working during the Industry Assignment column
Hey Justin, Thanks for flagging this. It looks like the issue is happening because the “Assignment to Company” field is empty, which is likely causing the enrichment to stop at the “Industry Assignment” column. Let me know if you need help filling that in or troubleshooting further.
Look at the newest rows. Specifically row 4 under Jakub Łączak-Król. It has that value
Hey Justin, jumping in for Bo. Here's what I'm seeing for Jakub:
It’s a bit tricky to replicate what happened here—it’s possible this run happened before we set up the checkbox for industry_assignment
.
If you’d like to reprocess the errored rows, you can toggle off auto-update, then turn it right back on. That should trigger an update for those cells.
Sorry for the hiccup! Please keep in touch if you see similar errors. Happy to dive deeper here.
