I’m struggling with to score keywords in a clay column. I’m wanting to give a negative keyword to job titles that have the word IT in them, but I don’t want to penalised job titles that include ‘it’ within the title aka capital or security
You can use our Score Row and Find Keywords integrations together to achieve this. Here's how:1. First, use the Find Keywords integration to search for the exact keyword "IT" in your job titles column. Make sure to use case-sensitive matching to differentiate between "IT" and "it" within words. 2. Then, use the Score Row integration to assign numerical scores based on the keyword matches. You can set up scoring criteria to give negative points when "IT" is found as a standalone word. This approach will help you specifically target standalone "IT" occurrences while ignoring instances where "it" appears within other words like "digital" or "iteration". Sorted thanks
I’m still having issues with this
“IT” with quotation marks is now not penalising people with IT in their job title
