Troubleshooting Write to Other Table Feature Issue on Clay

Hey - I'm having an issue with the "write to other table" feature. I have it working for one table, but on a duplicate table it is not working. I've deleted the column and re-made it but it is not working even though I am using seemingly the same input. But it is not being accepted and this is causing it to not write to another table. Weirdly, it is indicating that it has successfully wrote to the other table so when it has not.
