Error uploading CSV into Clay - Need help fixing it

Hello! I am attempting to upload a CSV into Clay but it keeps giving me this error. Any ideas how to fix this? I've tried logging out/logging back int, and reformatting the CSV but no luck. Thanks!

    Hey! Thank for reporting, could you DM a sample of the csv so we can check/test it out? It would help us know what we need to fix
