Hey everyone, I have a list of 750 leads and 467 emails were not valid...

Hey everyone, I have a list of 750 leads and 467 emails were not validated. For almost half I see the emails but the Debounce validation provider is not validating them. So it's almost wasting credits as I'm not even getting half of the emails. Can you please assist?

Gotcha, just to clarify, you’re saying less than half of the emails found are being returned as valid by debounce?

Just a heads up, if a different provider finds an email that was previously found and deemed invalid by debounce, it won’t run again

Re-running the whole waterfall as we did have a bug around the time you looked to have run this

I’m spot checking some of the linkedin profiles, but i think the issue is actually that many of the profiles are pretty empty on Linkedin so the providers are struggling to find an up to date email

In terms of some others where multiple providers did find an email -> debounce is pretty critical on what they deem safe to send. Other validation providers do this differently -> adding in some extra credits if you’d like to test out creating a new waterfall with different validation providers

Gotcha, yep in that case it looks like the email every data provider has on file is just invalid now
