Hello Clay team, I've been given access to clay account by my client, everytime he has to send me link to join. Once I join after few days again I get logged out and again my client has to send me link to join, this is getting too irritating to my client. IS there any solution for this?
To stay logged into your Clay account, you should create your own account instead of relying on links from your client. Here's what you can do: 1. Go to the Clay signup page and create your own account. 2. Use a strong, unique password for your account. 3. Keep your login information secure and don't share it with others. 4. If you're still having trouble staying logged in, make sure you're using an up-to-date browser and clearing your cache regularly. By having your own account, you'll be able to log in directly without needing links from your client. If you continue to experience login issues after trying these steps, please let me know, and we can explore other solutions.

My client wants to operate in his account only
I have aseparate account for my other clients
Unfortunately, we don't recommend staying logged into someone else's Clay account. Each user should have their own account for security reasons. Your client can invite you to their workspace instead, which allows you to access their data with your own login. This way, you won't need to log in repeatedly using links. If you continue to have issues, you may want to request human assistance for a more personalized solution.

We don't recommend staying logged into your client's Clay account. Each user should have their own account for security reasons. Instead, your client can invite you to their workspace, allowing you to access their data with your existing account. Here's what to do: 1. Ask your client to go to Settings > Team > +Invite 2. They should invite you using the email associated with your existing Clay account 3. Once invited, you can switch between workspaces without logging out This approach maintains account security while giving you seamless access to your client's workspace. Hey Raj!
Being invited as a user on your client's Clay account would solve this issue completely. When you're disconnected now, it's because you're not a permanent user on the account, which is why you need those login links repeatedly. Having proper user access will let you switch workspaces freely without needing your client to send new links each time.
Let me know if you need help with anything else about account access!
How to get proper user access?
since its a clients account, do I need to use his login and password?
Raj, an admin should be able to add you as a user in their account. I see you have a similar ticket on the same topic with login/shared workspace issues. I'll merge this ticket into that one and follow up there.
