Hey Team, Need help with filter options in table, details in thread
👋 Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
So my workflow is :
Find Jobs
Enrich company
Enrich Contacts in a different table
Now I won't get contacts for all the jobs according to my ICP but i want to know for which jobs or companies i haven't found the contacts and filter them separately and give it different job titles until i'm able to find contacts for all the jobs/companies mentioned in the table.
2: and also if i want to search 200 companies at once in a table is there any group search, which i can use to filter the companies?
Hey, thanks for reaching out Irtaza, To address your workflow: 1. Identifying Jobs/Companies Without Contacts: You can do a lookup to filter for companies or jobs where contacts are missing. This will help you identify which jobs/companies haven’t had contacts enriched yet. Here’s how: • Perform a lookup for rows with empty contact values in your table. • Once filtered, you can then assign different job titles until you’ve found suitable contacts for all the companies/jobs. Here’s a video explaining how to do that: Loom Video. 2. Group Search for 200 Companies: If you want to search 200 companies at once in your table, you can use sorting, filtering, or merging features. Here’s how you can do that: • Sort or filter the companies based on specific criteria. • This can help you quickly manage and prioritize which companies to enrich next. For more details, check out this resource: How to hide, re-order, sort, and filter. However, if you’re referring to saving search parameters for future group searches, that’s not currently possible. Let me know if you need further clarification! 😊
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
