in the in-built work email waterfall, debounce is always turned on and runs validation cost 1 credit per row? Is there a difference in terms of credits when toogles are off and on?

In our built-in work email waterfall, email validation is always active and costs 1 credit per row. We use ZeroBounce by default for validation, but you can choose a different provider if preferred. The toggle you're referring to likely controls the "Safe to Send" option, which determines how strict the validation is, not whether validation occurs or not. There's no difference in credit usage based on this toggle - it's always 1 credit per row for validation.
