Fixing Payment Required Error in PDL Enrichments

Hi, we are getting an error message in all our PDL enrichments that "Payment Required" and to contact support. The PDL enrichment gives a clay account, so how can we fix that?

Check your Clay account status: • Go to your profile picture in the top-right corner • Select "Settings" • Navigate to "Plans & billing" 2. Verify that: • You have an active paid plan (enrichments have certain limitations during trial periods) • You have sufficient Clay credits available for PDL enrichmentsNote: When using PDL enrichments, you'll be charged Clay credits for each API call. If the enrichment doesn't return valid data, those credits will be refunded to your account.If you've confirmed these items and still experience issues, please request human support in this conversation for further assistance. We have checked billing and there is no unpaid subscription and also have almost 30k credits and we are able to run all other enrichments at our recipes, so we need some human support to help us solve this
