Error Adding Sources: Limit of 20 Reached in Source Field

Hi Clay S. I’m having trouble adding sources with my existing field, it says : Limit of 20 sources for source field reached. Please create another table to add more sources. Is this a new update?

If you've reached the 30-column limit for enrichment columns in your table, you'll need to delete completed enrichment columns after retrieving your data before you can add new ones. While this may be a bit cumbersome, especially for setups like email waterfalls that use many enrichments, it's currently the only way to add new enrichment columns while staying within the plan limits.

It is ok for me to create (duplicate as template) a table for me to find more sources to get around the 20 sources limit, although a bit cumbersome. The problem I run into here though, is that I want to delete duplicates. Any workaround here?

To remove duplicates in your table, you have two options: 1. Use Auto-dedupe: • Click the Auto-dedupe icon at the bottom right of your table • Select "Enable automatic deduplication" • Choose the column you want to dedupe • Click "Save Changes" 2. Manual column deduplication: • Right-click the specific column you want to dedupe • Select "Dedupe" > "Delete Duplicate Row"When creating a new table, it's recommended to: ** Rename columns for clarity ** Deduplicate the list to remove redundant entries * Add a lookup to ensure you're not including entries from your original list Sources: Auto-update and Auto-dedupe Table Find Company Lookalikes [Clay 101] - Clay University

We recently implemented a new per-table limit to ensure optimal performance across your tables and workspace. Could you clarify why you need more than 20 sources for this table? I recommend creating a separate table to work around this limitation, as the current setup won’t allow adding more than 20 sources to a single table.

My problem with creating a new table is that I want to make sure I delete all duplicates before running further analyses. You have a workaround for that?

You can leverage our "Lookup Single Row Enrichment" column to search for values within the table using 20 sources, allowing you to check if a specific record exists (e.g., a company domain). Once identified, you can disqualify that lead from the enrichment process by applying conditional formulas!
