Hello, I have System Admin privileges in SFDC. When importing a list into Clay, it is only bringing back the Account Name and ID from SFDC instead of all of the fields on the list. Why is that when my account is the OAuth user between SFDC & Clay?
This issue might be related to the permissions set for the OAuth user connecting Salesforce to Clay. While your account is the OAuth user, there could be limitations on field access. Here's what you can do: 1. Check the permission set for the OAuth user in Salesforce. Ensure it has access to all the fields you want to import. 2. When importing, make sure you've selected the correct object and list view in Clay. Some views might only include limited fields. 3. In the import settings, look for an option to "Include read-only properties" or similar. This might help pull in more fields. If the issue persists, you may need to create a custom list view in Salesforce that includes all the desired fields. Then, try importing that specific view into Clay.
