Integrating HubSpot Data into Clay Tables: Frequency Options Explained
Is it possible to automatically pull Hubspot data into a Clay table more frequently than 1 day? (Ie every 15 minutes)
Unfortunately, we can't automatically pull HubSpot data every 15 minutes. The most frequent update schedule for CRM sources, including HubSpot, is hourly. However, you have a couple of options: 1. Set your HubSpot source to update hourly for the most frequent automatic updates. 2. Use the "Update now" option in the source menu to manually pull new records immediately whenever you need the latest data. For specific HubSpot lists, the auto-update frequency may vary. You can check the schedule for a particular list by going to Sources and selecting the relevant source. If you need more frequent updates, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further options.
Hourly would be great, but I don't see the option to update hourly

We weren't able to do most of the more granular enrichment rules we wanted to with HubSpot, so we ended up building a custom integration in the middle to power these advanced rulesets haha

Yes, webhook is the way to go! Thanks for the help here Jacob.
If you have any issues implementing the webhook, you can use an LLM prompt like "how can I add a webhook URL to a list in Hubspot to receive new contacts." And then add the Clay webhook URL
