How to Reference a Column from Another Table in Your Current Table

hi team - Can I directly reference a column from another table into my current table? In this scenario - I have a master company table which has a column called All News Summary Response that I need to bring into my people table And I cant seem to get lookup to work in this scenario - I need to use this column in an Anthropic email instruction
