I had an issue with the clay running larger requests (like 1,300) at a time. This caused a failure in the claygent scraping websites with a basic prompt. All of the businesses are a same/similar industry. This caused a surge in credit usage and left the campaign unusable by the deadline for sending.
Hi Dylnn, sorry the run on this table ate up your credits! Some data providers on clay (such as OpenAI) have their own API limits that need to be handles externally through your account with them -- looks like in this case, adding credit to your OpenAI account might help. In the future, if you would like to run your clay enrichments on only chunks of rows (so that it doesn't blow through the entire table and eat up credits), you can navigate to the title of the column and select 'Run Column' from the dropdown menu. Here's a video to help with that on your table: https://www.loom.com/share/251278bb29524d648e91d3f8b1e0fbbe?sid=9a5d94c0-b4cb-452f-b153-56c7345d8048
sorry for the late reply, but I knew there was no way I hit the cap of $120 I had set for the testing on one table. Please see attached. I am going to start with smaller quantities. Ive ran into similar issue running "free" tools at any type of larger quantity table.
so far no issues. I started with 150. doing another today at 250. going to keep bumping up to maybe 1,000.
Perfect, I hope that works!!
