Clarification on Claygent Pricing Based on Web Access

If the Claygent doesn't actually ever visit the web, can Clay charge us the non-Claygent price?

Clay credits are only charged when you use Clay's shared API key. If you're using your own personal key, you won't be charged Clay credits.
