im running find people in company and even if in comapny is operation manager, its not giving results, why?

People search not finding all people in the company with title. I see on linkedin that they are existing in that company. But people search doesnt work correctly in clay

The Find People feature relies on third-party data providers that may not have the most current information, especially for recent LinkedIn updates. Our data refreshes on a rolling basis with a full update cycle taking 2-3 weeks due to dataset size. This means some people visible on LinkedIn might not appear in search results yet. To improve accuracy: - Review your search filters and adjust them to better target desired profiles - Try using broader job title parameters or semantic search by selecting job functions rather than exact titles For most current data: Use "Enrich Person from Profile" which pulls real-time information and is much closer to the current state of profiles.

Hey there Eryk after some checking here, the reason why this profile was not found is due to it being a private profile on LinkedIn. To clarify here some profiles may not show up in your results due to privacy settings, even if you can view them directly on platforms like LinkedIn when logged in.

Yea that is one of the drawbacks of our find people search at the moment. We are working on finding improving our ability to find these profiles as well however we have no ETA for this at the moment.
