Issue with 'Find People' not adding leads to Table 2

I'm running 'Find people' from one of my tables, I noticed this created a column 'People Search' When ran, it added a new batch of leads to my target table (as expected). I've now tried to run this again, and it's not adding any leads to my table, can somebody shed some light on this?
