Troubleshooting Custom Variable Issues in Instantly Integration

Can some help me understand why my custom variable for case study is not being sent to Instantly like other 3 variables? Everything looks normal. I can see all case study rows filled in, the column is properly map to proper variable to instantly. But lead appears without this variable in Instantly. Please help. Thank!

This is not solving the issue. There's a bug I think. Can you connect me to human agent.

Petar Rejman I guess you may be using Direct field instead of Text field. Check once.

it was a bug. fixed it by removing this variable and creating new one.
