Issue with 50k Credits Not Received After Plan Renewal

Hi guys - I think I should have received 50k credits on 12 January when my plan renewed, but I didn't. Please could someone look into it?

    When a plan renews, there can be a delay of 1-2 hours before credits appear in your account due to how our card provider processes transactions. For example, if your renewal was at 12 PM, the credits might not show up until 1 PM.If it has been more than 2 hours since your renewal time and you still don't see your credits, please let me know and I'll help you request human support to look into this further.
