When a plan renews, there can be a delay of 1-2 hours before credits appear in your account due to how our card provider processes transactions. For example, if your renewal was at 12 PM, the credits might not show up until 1 PM.If it has been more than 2 hours since your renewal time and you still don't see your credits, please let me know and I'll help you request human support to look into this further.
