Troubleshooting URL Matching Issues in Clay for Table Comparison
Hi! I’m using Clay to compare two tables containing URLs, aiming to check whether the URLs in table A also appear in table B. I’m using the “Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table” action, but for some reason Clay can’t find any matches, even though I know there are at least two. When I run the same action but compare the names associated with each URL instead, Clay does find matches. However, this isn’t ideal because names can vary across both databases, whereas URLs remain consistent. I tried the following troubleshooting:
Made sure that the URLs are identical in both tables, checking the 2 confirmed matches. Still, Clay does not find any match.
Made the columns "TEXT" instead of "URL", still no match 🙂
I'm unsure about how to proceed. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!
