Request for Partial Refund Due to Accidental Workbook Usage Consuming 8k Credits

My client has mistakenly triggered a workbook and consumed mistakenly 8k of his monthly 10k, and most data is unusable as it is AI research on data that was partially missing... I know it is a human mistake but still an honest mistake, is it possible to refund us at least half of them ?
