Do conditions in Column A depend on previous column calculations?

Quick question-- if you put a condition into Column A, will the column that fills out that condition have to run first before Column A runs? Example-- I am updating Hubspot Objects, but I put a condition that 'bot detection = false". Will Clay not update the Hubspot Object until that 'bot detection' column runs, in order to know if it's true or false?
