Is it not yet possible to sort or filter by a Claygent column? If not, what’s the best way for me to copy the output into a text column so that I can sort & filter 😃

Like you said, you can insert a formula to change the Claygent responses into text (this will be free of charge). You can then insert a filter on that column -- which will have more flexibility for using "contains", "is equal to" etc.
