Is the "Monitor companies with buying intent by TrustRadius" down today? I have tried running it today when creating a custom signal but keep getting "Waiting for results..." I made sure to be specific with filters and limit to 50 companies for results as well.

It has been stuck for an extended period. I did the same search last Friday and get results instantly
When a signal is stuck on "Waiting for results..." for an extended period, try a hard refresh first: Mac: Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) PC: Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R If that doesn't resolve it, the signal may be stuck. Click the signal column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset it and get things moving again. Since this worked instantly last Friday but is now stuck, this suggests a temporary processing issue that the force rerun should resolve.
