Troubleshooting Apollo.io: Accessing Contact IDs for Data Sheets

I previously used > Find people at company by job title to get Contacts for 100% of the sheet easily and now it's only showing me People. I can't use the Person ID to get email/phone, I can only use Contact ID which I can no longer get for 100% of the sheet. I'm not rate-limited or credit-limited by Apollo or Clay, I think I'm just forgetting how I originally culled the Contact ID (likely deleted a column or two that helped me get there). To retrieve Contact IDs for your entire sheet, you'll need to adjust your search parameters in the Find People feature. Here's how: 1. Open the Find People modal by clicking the Actions button and selecting "Find People at These Companies". 2. Configure your search filters to be as broad as possible, ensuring you capture all relevant contacts. 3. In the preview, check if you're getting the expected number of contacts. 4. If not, click on the source column in your People table to edit the search parameters. 5. Broaden your search criteria as needed. This will append new contacts without removing existing ones. 6. Import the results, which should include Contact IDs for the entire sheet. If you're still not getting 100% coverage, you may need to refine your search strategy or use additional data enrichment methods.

I set up Person Search API and it just returns incorrect/dupe Person IDs, etc. This should be so simple. I have the Person ID. I just need Contact ID. To get phone/email.

No support for $800/month is insane.

Yeah, that’s super frustrating sounds like something small might’ve changed in the setup. I’ve seen a few others run into the same thing, and they ended up using tools like ApolloScrape to still get emails and phones, even without the Contact ID.
