Extracting a Person's Start Year from LinkedIn Profiles

Anyone know a way to pull the year the person first started working, from Linkedin? Claygent Neon cannot consistently do it. Note - I have the Linkedin profile URLs for all the people. In the example below the person (me!) started working in 2003:

If you have the experience of the person via LI profile enrichment you can do it via a formula

Muhammad S. 'Enrich Person from Profile' only pulls in some of the Job Experiences based on my testing. Sometimes 3 past experiences, no more.
