Troubleshooting Claygent: How to Resume Partial Job and Avoid Re-running Successful Rows

I've been having trouble with Claygent - It's partially ran a job, and I exported contacts with the partial data... is there a way for the job to continue and pick off were it left off and not run against all ready successful rows?
