Clarification Needed: Credit Loss in Predictleads Usage

Hi Team, I lost a lot of credits around 400 running predictleads, which ended up in no results, I thought no results meant no credit loss, is that not the case?

    Different data providers have different policies regarding charges for unsuccessful queries. Some providers charge just for attempting to find a result, which means you'll be charged credits whether or not they find anything.If a provider charges us for an API call, we have to charge Clay credits for that call. However, if the provider refunds us due to invalid data, we will refund those credits back to you.You can check which actions are refundable for each provider in our documentation.
